How It All Started
It all began in 2014 when two hospitality students, Tim and Lauren, fell in love. Shortly after they began dating, Tim went to study abroad in Italy and learned how to prepare many Italian signature dishes. Even with the 6 hour time difference, Tim shared his daily learnings with Lauren via video chat and expressed that one item became his favorite to make: biscotti. To help keep Lauren from missing him too much, he challenged her to develop a flavor list of all the types of biscotti they should make once he returns. Although it was clear to Lauren this project was to occupy her time, she jumped right into it and by the next video call, she had a list of 60 flavors to share! Once Tim returned home, they made several batches of their classic Almond biscotti until the recipe was just right and the rest was history!
Flash forward to 2021, the two began baking biscotti more and more for family and friends, sharing new flavors and getting feedback. Both working in the hospitality industry and planning a wedding, they didn't have the right time to really focus on launching their biscotti business, until now!
While they have not gotten to make all 60 flavors originally in ideation, they are pleased to offer their customers with a unique recipe that they crafted together as they crafted their relationship. The dozens of flavor options are perfect for any holiday gathering, gifting needs or simply for a snack! They continue to add new flavors to the menu and hope you enjoy sharing a biscotti with the people you love.
